BRADY J. O’MALLEY

BRADY J. O’MALLEY is an experienced litigator whose practice is devoted primarily to Labor Law litigation. Before joining our New York City office in 2021, Brady was a partner in the Smith Sovik law firm, where he spent the first decade of his career litigating cases in all corners of New York State. From 2013-2021, he took fourteen cases to trial across ten different counties and repeatedly delivered clients winning jury verdicts in very difficult, high-stakes personal injury and wrongful death cases sounding in the Labor Law, strict products liability, legal malpractice, motor vehicle liability, premises liability, and general negligence.

Brady is a tenacious, passionate advocate for his clients. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, where he received the award for best overall advocate in the 2011 graduating class based on his record of success in national and intra-school moot court competitions
